Choosing Your Photograph
A good reference photograph makes all the difference.
Clear photographs taken at your animal's eye level work best. Try to use soft, natural light and make sure the eyes are in sharp focus, as they are such an important part of capturing their character. Colour or black-and-white photographs are both absolutely fine.
If possible, get physically closer rather than using zoom and choose a moment when your pet is relaxed. A clear profile photograph can also work beautifully.

3. Secure your booking
A 25% deposit is required to secure your commission. Once received, your booking is confirmed and I can begin planning your portrait.
5. Approval & delivery
Once your portrait is finished, I'll send you a photograph for approval. The remaining balance, including postage and packaging, is then payable before your portrait is carefully packaged and sent to you.
2. Choose your portrait
We can discuss the size and medium you would like, and I'll confirm the price, including an estimate for postage and packaging.
4. Your portrait
I'll create your portrait by hand and keep you updated as it progresses.
